Here’s the complete performance from the taping.
This is the full uncut interview portion from Phish’s one-hour set in the studios of PBS’ “Sessions At West 54th” filmed on October 20, 1998 at Sony Music Studios in New York, NY.
The broadcast (between 1/9/99 and 1/16/99, depending on local broadcast schedules) included three songs (Birds of a Feather, Ghost, Taste) interspersed with clips of interviews with David Byrne who hosted the show’s second season.
The interview was released as part of the Soy Productions release of the full sessions DVD.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to all of the tapers and stealth Scorceses who make these Phish concert videos possible: teamh00d, silverchair97, tdunski, mkdevo, HarpuaFSB, and so many more. Thanks also to Phish.net for their incredibly detailed work documenting Phish setlists.
Stay tuned for even more great Phish concert videos which I'll be adding as they become available.
Sorry, the streaming audio player requires Flash.
